Cooper Reenlistment

Specialist Michael Cooper (right), a member of HHC, 194th Engineer Brigade (TA), Tennessee Army National Guard, Jackson recently extended his enlistment by 3 years. Congratulating Specialist Cooper is Sergeant First Class Yates Scribner (left) of Union City.

Specialist Cooper, a resident of Jackson, is presently serving in Iraq with the 194th . He is a clerk in the Construction Management Section and has served 11 years in the active Army and Army National Guard. He is also a graduate of Troy State University and is father of five and has one grandson.
